To register your Investment, follow the following steps:

Download and fill the Investment Registration form (Click here to Download)
Deposit your investment to Primordial Account (account details are given at the bottom of the form)
Email the Form & the Payment Slip to info@primordialinvestment.com
Primordial Investment will confirm your Investment and email back to the Investee.
